Notes:
The rates for both buildings are for up to 30 persons. Additional persons are charged at the camping rate in the same column.
A cleaning charge of £50 will be made if the Lodge and the Activity Centre are not left in a condition whereby they can be re-let.

The Lodge
No bedding, please bring your own sleeping bags.
Charges include fees for up to 30 persons with tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, pans etc. Additional persons are charged at the camping rate in the same column.
The maximum capacity is 42 person.
e.g. a scout group of 40, from outside our district , would pay:
£200 + 10 x £3 = £230 for the first night and
£175 + 10 x £3 = £205 per subsequent night. £435 for a weekend.


Billingham Activity Centre
The Billingham Activity Centre has no bunks. Overnight users will be camping (add camping charges per person per night).
Charges include fees for up to 30 persons. Additional persons are charged at the camping rate in the same column.
The charges for the activity centre are a guide only as groups arrive and leave at different times.
Email us for a cost, stating arrival and departure times, number of persons and proposed use.

Caravans
There are 2 electric hook-ups are available and therefore this is subject to availability.

General:
Silverwood Scout Campsite is not open to the general public. It is available to schools and youth organisations. Other organisations can apply to have exclusive use of the site, which will be at the discretion of the management committee.
Insurance
Users are responsible for holding their own insurance for accidents, negligence and others risks associated with outdoor activities.
